Twitter Increases Customer Intent

Everyone has their favorite social network. A place they go to do what they do, interact, engage, educate, entertain, and learn. My personal favorite has always been Twitter. I use Facebook for people I know and for the business. I use Twitter to meet new people, allowing them to see and understand both my personal and professional brand. It’s not evasive and I’ve been able to build some amazing relationships because of it.
When selling the idea and potential of social media and social networking to clients, many are reluctant. Most are focused on the numbers, and there’s no wrong in that. Numbers don’t lie. Building a following on Twitter and “Likes” on Facebook creates intent. There are two types of intent that can work for you – recommendations and actual purchases. Both can build and grow your business, as well as create demand and awareness of your brand.
What experiences have you had with brand on Facebook and Twitter?
